After you place your order, your credit card’s issuing bank will place an authorization hold on your account for the entire amount of the charge. This is only a pre-authorization and not a charge. In most cases, you will be charged only when the merchandise ships. However, for custom-made products, due to the longer lead times associated with the fulfillment of these orders, you will be charged prior to the expiration of the credit card authorization, regardless of when the merchandise is actually shipped. In the event we are unable to fulfill an order for a custom-made product, you will receive a refund of the amount charged for such product.
