BATTERY WARRANTIES
Warranty Validity:
For Private and Commercial Use
- Your warranty covers all manufacturing defects for one year (12 months) from the date of first filling / date of sale.
The warranty on your battery is invalid if:
- Battery is not fitted at My Ride Auto Tyres Ltd.
- Overcharging/undercharging/high mileages/worn out plates.
- There is physical damage due to mishandling (e.g. damaged terminals, broken casing).
- Long standing; leaving battery idle for more than one month (without use), battery should be charged regularly at least once monthly.
- Repairs have been done prior to the battery being presented for claim.
- Low level electrolyte.
For your claim to be processed:
- You must provide proof of purchase i.e. receipt and valid warranty card.
- Both the battery and the vehicle it was fitted in should be presented.
BATTERY TIPS
- Ensure that the battery purchased is the correct type and size required for your vehicle
- Ensure correct fitting on the designated battery tray i.e. terminals clamped firmly but not so tight as to damage them
- The vehicle's electrical (charging) system should be checked to ensure it is in good working condition at all times
